does anyone know what happened to echoloft?

echoloft, www.echoloft.com was the most active forum in singapore. suddenly disappeared without a trace. even some of the regular echoloft dealers have migrated here. does anyone have any idea what happened?
there's a new site at www.echoloft.com.sg, made by someone else. but it just doesn't live up to the previous legecy.

sorry edited the post. www.echoloft.com and www.echoloft.com.sg is not the same site and they are operated by other people
