Fail to tune to MYFM (99.7) at Penang

Greeting all.

I just got used NAD 412 and able to set RedFM and 988, but failed to tune to MYFM at 99.7 . but my Marantz SR3001 at living can tune to 99.7 in clear sound. Any idea?
