Or u can have you ears tested. I get to do that everything 3 years as part of the requirement for offshore visits.

Interesting & sad to note that the sensitivity of my ears have dropped a little compared to 8 years ago. However, left ear & right ears seemed to have balanced out. Suffered an infection to the left ear more than 10 years ago resulting in some imbalance in perception of loudness of sound. Screw up the sound stage. Now seems to be normal. Doctor commented that my hearing is excellent based on the test just as he did 3 years ago. The same cannot be said of my blood pressure though

Sunway medical Centre, and Subang SJMC both offer "Audiogram" services. Can plot out the freq-response of both ears.

The norm is that people who use handphone alot, and on one particular ear (usually the right ear), that ear will have poorer high-freq sensitivity.

Too much hifi (regardless of sound level) + lack of exercise & too much "good" food => blood pressure suffer.

perhaps trampoline, treadmill, cycling, etc in the listening room might help ?
