This is a forum for hi-fi. Discussing about the impact of the 2011 budget on hi-fi is OK, but I'm sure there are other better forums where you can take forward other non-hi-fi 2011 Budget topics.

Can we just stick to hi-fi/audio/TV here? Smile

We should suggest to our govern on their next space man "To do list"

How to spin a turntable properly to make music in space? Of course, since the rakyat hard earn cash has been taxed to the max, There is nothing wrong in getting the best from Clearaudio to test to destructive level. I am still wondering how the 1.25 to 2.00 gram weight can be made to the catridge on space.. maybe need a high tech rubber band to tie them down..
This is not as white the elephant as 100 storey building or are they equally white and pointless..??

Kau see kuan !! Very Happy

We should also blame bassraptor for starting this thread !! Twisted Evil

I am still waiting for someone to confirm the list of 300 items that have their taxes reduced or abolished. I asked my friends from the media today morning but they say the list has not been issued. Maybe bassraptor might know ? The budget says those items are the popular ones bought by tourists and I often see those indo, bangla, etc workers carting home big mini compos, dvd players, etc. So would they be amongst the list of 300 items and we get even cheaper DVD, BR players, etc ??!!!

Gun cases ? Pistol holsters ? Which tourist comes to Malaysia to buy these things ? The garmen has truly truly gone made. At least skin and hair preparations are common items for the female but I really wonder if any tourist comes to Malaysia and says "I think I will buy this hair treatment cream as my Malaysia holiday souvernior"...... Rolling Eyes

OK then, in respect of the admin, I shall not participate in this thread anymore. Serious.
