Any Good Automobile Forums To Visit Apart From Autoworld & Motortrader?
I used to go to Motortrader.com to check out new car models and seek advice as the moderator there Chips Yap who is also a journalist gives good advice and does a great job in keeping things tidy(and civil). However, the new website is not user-friendly and very slow to access, hence I have stopped visiting and shifted to Autoworld. Although Autoworld.com is a lot user friendly and faster to load, it appears that a few members are unruly and the comments are pretty immature and childish. I guess the moderators can't be bothered to control the situation or ban a few members who post nothing but rubbish. It seems like some of these guys who frequently post there are teenagers who have not got a driving license or something.
I would appreciate if anyone can inform if there is a good local car forum to visit. Thanks in advance.

I used to be very active in Autoworld and HCOC. But now I just stick to forums specific to my cars. www.chevyclub.net, www.hcoc.net.my and of course toyota tribe,
Used to be active in Kenari forum as well but now that became my 'going to pasar car', so nothing much to dicuss on that forum.

no matter what , everyone pls tell Ryder that buying the Ford Lynx is a pretty crappy choice.
Do consider the newer Mazda 3 though. Like its older brother the Mazda-6, handsome sharp looks, and overall good reliability. Ride quality is not bad too. Good balance of comfort and handling.
Or even the Kia Forte 2.0 is really moving like hot cakes. The only drawback is it's 4-speed auto tranny whereas the competition has gone 5-speed already. Except for the crap-ass Toyolta Altis. Pre-facelift had the old engine from the previous gen Altis and a lousy 4speed tranny. Now the facelifted one has a CVT tranny instead. Yucks & Yucks.
No wonder the current model Altis is not popular on the road these days.
...or get a used Mercedes W124 E-class.... Hardy as a tank, and can buy one for under RM20K these days (if u don't mind the "uncle" look).
What you save, can splurge on more hifi stuff instead !
Disclaimer: All opinons are just IMO only.
