yamaha rxv1065

i got a problem, b4 purchased this yamaha rxv 1065 i was using yamaha receiver which is old model rxv 420. im enjoying this old amp coz they can decode dts and dolby. its connect to my Sony BDP370 blue ray player. its sound good but as usual la, old amp cannot decode DTS-HD and DOLBY- TRUE HD.

the problem is when i change to rxv 1065 which is future with lates decode mode and when i play BD disc which have DTS-HD or DTHD surround mode. the amp on screen shown PCM..??? pening aku.. any problem with my connection.? or my cabels.? as i know im using all my connection with HDMI cable.

Check the setting in your BDP. It should be 'bitstream'.
