picture & sound

hi all,

i have this setup for my room.

tv - philips 7409 - 42"
avr - yamaha 1065
bdp - sony 370
dvd - toshiba xd500


as i know if we running HDMI cable direct from BDP to TV its will given better picture quality. my current setup is from BDP-to-AVR-to-TV all using HDMI cable for decode all HD sound and picture. so what HDMI cable suit my system? coz i also consider bout best possible picture quality i can get from my AVR and also best sound.. beside that i oso love to listening music.
any sugestion guys..?

hmm... guess there is very little AV fan around?..
Or maybe it isnt important at all because HDMI run digital for all.
I think no one really fancy comparing HDMI cable here... As the result between 2 branded stuffs can be rather subtle.
Of course, if you currently only using those HDMI purchased from Supermarket, I would suggest you to get a decent one.
You can check it out on What Hx Fx on the 5 stars product, and get the one that's recommended.
Though some ppl will advise you against this, but then again, HDMI as a digital cable.. the differences in picture and sound from 1 brand to another will be subtle.
And improvement from cheap to expensive will be the also subtle. You are better off changing to better quality Player and speaker than to bank on 2~4k worth of HDMI cable.
