If afraid, simpler and safer to bi-amp, not bridge.

Hi Erwan,
NAD user manual will tell you clearly how to do it. Each manufacturer that offer this will have slightly different method.

not all amps can be bridged. plse chk the manual first.

if the power amp can be bridged, there will be a button at the rear panel. and there will be indicators showing which input the interconnect shld be plugged to and which speaker terminals to be used.

It does double or triple up the power rating but it doesn't really improve the sound quality. It was a huge hype in the 90s but later on everyone went back to good old simple fashion pre-power mode either bi-amping or biwiring or single wiring.

ive tried rotel bridge mode for center channel on my HT setup & yes huge differents as i have to set negative volume to set back the output (too loud even at 0 volume) plus deep voice for movies which makes it sounded very nice. as for music, slighty deep bass but nothing compares to my dual mono bel canto..
