I was offered with a new pair of Leema Xero for attractive offer included shipping from oversea, is it worth to buy? The seller told me that this have the level of Rogers and Harberth.
(I doubt is him hyping?

Opinions needed, I don't believe my ears at all so please don't ask me go to listen and choose the right speaker for my ears.

I don't know if it's available in M'sia. Haven't seen it in S'pore either.
Shipping cost from the UK to M'sia by FedEx would come close to RM800. Even form S'pore would be around RM400.
Just be careful if your are considering this purchase.
Have a Happy New Year.

Only MR1200 for a new pair?! That's really cheap if it's genuine. It's retailing for 750GBP in the UK, cheapest at 399GBP

Good news!! Seem like i am the first owner to own Leema speaker in malaysia. I am not cheated by the seller. As mentioned by the seller to me in the earlier time, it's open and tested unit, but it still look spranking NEW for me!
For the custom clearing fees, my friend help me declared it by given RM250 "kopi money", but still, it worth every shEEts.
*Tested and it sing, any more subjective testing review will be uploaded shortly.
Total cost me roughly RM1500

Re: Leema Xero, Anybody?
Due to no proper test bed on my hand now, I cincai hook it up with an old aiwa amplifier and source from laptop. What's going afterwards is, the Leema xero really make me, clap, clap, clap my hands, non-stop. I do ever owned a pair of monitor audio BR2 before, the distance of the level between this two speaker is too far away. The Xero is totally a true performer although the source and amp is that terrible. A proper test with proper gears will be carry out very soon.
P.s. All listening test and comments is very subjective one to all.

Re: Leema Xero, Anybody?
I just heard the Leema Xero awhile ago in Adelphi Singapore.
It's quite an amazing pair of speakers for its minute size!
Although its woofer is small it is able to produce pretty decent bass notes, although not the thundering bass of 12 inch woofers.
I would think that this speakers will do nicely in the bedroom or any small room for that matter.
Don't expect miracles, but one will be pleasantly surprised with its performance.
The shop in Adelphi quote a price of S$2000 (negotiable) for a pair. That's expensive! I guess MYR1200 is a steal then!

Re: Leema Xero, Anybody?
True, the speaker surprisingly sound very large than it's look. Although only 4-inch of midrange driver, but the bass delivered is very very well controlled and even better than quite a number of RM2k bookshelf out there.
One to be praise is the dynamic and resolutions of this speaker, truly a good performer.
Any others going to grab one as well? Being too lonely for only one malaysian to own it.

Re: Leema Xero, Anybody?
No idea, I am begging the seller to korek the lubang for me again. My units spend up of total 1.5k( Item included shipping, handling, clearing tax, petrol) until it reach my hand. I am getting another 3 pairs for my parents and siblings.
If any of you interested can give me a PM.
"But please la add RM100 for my labor fees. I am not making BIG profit in this. Else no talk, go get yourself a unit at SG with SGD2k"

Re: Leema Xero, Anybody?
SGD2K was quoted as negotiable.
I may have heard it wrongly as it is rather expensive compared to the UK price. In most cases, prices in Singapore is very close to UK prices. I was perplexed when the price was quoted.
So I think if one is interested, one can perhaps negotiate and get it close to the UK price.
I wasn't interested in it so I didn't bother asking anymore than necessary.
The speaker is good for the price range (take note of the phrase "price range"), but I'm sure there are others out there for that price which can perform as well given the right partnering equipment.
