bluray player control pannel freeze.

my pioneer bluray player lx91 having problem of control pannel and remote control freeze.but the vidio and audio signel not problem.meaning the player still operating find and the movie is still playing.and i have to cut off the power supply and restar the player again.then everything back to normal.is happen one or 2 time in a month.therefore is dificute to bring to sevice centre for repair.is any user face the some problem.pls advice....
