Why can't i post for some threads?

So i looked at the post titled 'this headphone should be highly recommended', and it is clear that it is another load of nonsense, the same as someone else supposedly from the USA also who posted about hand phones (that post was quickly removed i suspect).

My question is, why can't i reply to that thread directly? What 'special permission' is needed please to post directly on that thread?

Some time ago, due to some conflicts between forumers in that section, it was decided by the admin that replies to for-sale threads are disabled and only the OP had the ability to change his post and nothing else. This is what happened to you. In any case, that post violated so many of our for-sale posting rules, it has since been removed.

Yes, we've been getting a lot of spam lately, thanks to this person(s), apparently from the US or whatever place. This person has been banned.

By default, as what WongKN mentioned earlier, the 'For Sale' threads are locked. If you have any queries, you can contact the seller directly.
