Question about matched & balanced tube

Guys,

I would like to know when a pair of double triode, like 6922, ecc88 etc. is said to be matched, does that automatically means that each of the tube is balanced too? Balanced in the sense of each triode of that single tube is balanced....haha...hope you guys know what i mean.
