High quality Powersupply to meet the demanding Nacxx!.

The Flatcap XS didn't fundamentally change the partnering league personality, but reinforced it in ways not so subtle and very useful. For instance, with the Flatcap, the brass on Pomp & Pipes came forward a bit more spatially and tonally, and the overall dynamics improved as well, though not to the point where the presentation became "jumpy." Nick Drake and his guitar remained on the dry side, but both came into better focus and moved slightly forward on the soundstage while maintaining well-focused three-dimensionality.

No system will perform its best with a bad poor power supply,especially dealing with Naim system
There's more depth and space and vocals come forward more and seem smoother all these can be achieved only with proper low noise power supply.

I am sure that dirty source of supplies can only "deteriorate" the technical performance of a given preamps /player but whether the noises actually sounds "better" or more "pleasing" for that is down to an individual to decide.

I keep coming back to this hifi4sale thread. It makes me smile when I read people dont trust a power supplies with a big smile most.

Talking a large gauge powercord after a wall plug can be a sign that the usesr does not understand what he is doing..and he is giving a lot of money into the pocket of a sales personnel.

The more he tried to dig deep into the cords series the more he got into deeper and deeper grave.and I find it shocking to wet my panty.
I guess I've made it personal, I've been sarcastic and a bit rude toward the end but I'm a bit fed up of watching this phenomenon keep floating around..

Most expensive powercord /cables are criminally optimistic about their capabilities,boost the performance to skyline,what if it does not performing,it usually end up in hifi4sale forum for another victim to pick up....
IMHO, it's an entertainment that may satisfy some people but not such a risk to one's time or money concerns as to get upset about
Which is why I have asked you to try it with that knowledge having tried it you will know if it has the attributes I have described.try them, preferably without pre-judging them..

this FlatCap XS can be used to enhance the performance of a CD5 XS and a NAT05 XS, while a second rail could be deployed to supercharge the performance of the NAC 152 XS preamplifier.

The vital role played by the power supply in any hi-fi system is a long held Naim conviction and it has no better demonstration than the increased musical fluency that the FlatCap XS brings to a system.
