what is the ohmage you are looking for?
May I know the model or brand of the 
speaker system you are replacing?

Not sure about the ohmage. I think it's 8 ohm. I'm replacing an old Polk Audio RT3.

Checked the RT3 is a 8 ohm system.

Hi kcg,
very sorry to inform that I could not find any
5.25 inch speaker from my source.
They have the similar shape of your driver-frame
but it is in 5 inch and of ICT design.
I don't think it can be fitted to a bigger box 
opening.
So sorry.. Sad
