DP34 II is specially made for driving LS3/5A. The output impedance are 11 Ohm and 15 Ohm, which match perfectly with both 11 Ohm and 15 Ohm of LS3/5A.

DP34 II is based on a GZ34/5AR4 rectifier, 12AT7/ECC81 preamp stage and E99CC/6DJ8 as phase inverter. EL34 output stage uses fixed biasing. Plate current can be monitored via a VU meter and adjusted by simply rotating screws linked to the variable resistors besides the power transformer and precisely matched. The amplifier is of point to point soldering/wiring instead of using PCB board.
