If anyone wants to sell any power cords, please let me know. I need one for my CD player with US plug. Budget below RM 500.

I have 2 power cords under RM500 budget. Both are US plug terminated.

1. 4ft long using Cryomax3 cables with Marinco plugs (all 3 components are cryo treated) - asking price RM300

2. 3ft long using Audioquest type 4 cables with Hubbell plugs - asking price RM150

Interesting to know AudioQuest Type4 speaker cable can be used as power cord? and how to connect them 4-solid core inside the cable?
And how about the sonic performance?

I have 2 unit used copper color power cord factory terminate (us plug) 1.5m, willing to let go one unit at RM180. Use it with my tube preamp. Already burn-in more than 500 hours. Better use for source or preamp.

As much as possible try to beg, borrow or steal one for audition with your gear. Get to know some hi-fi shops well and they'll usually let u take one home for audition and you can return and get back your money if you're not happy with it. My experience with power cords is not always positive. The results vary and many a time its a case of a change in sq but is it an overall improvement? You can end up with one step forward and 2 backwards. Worse still only backwards..

While waiting for my XLO to be shipped, a friend of mine in KL loaned me another XLO & Synergistic Research power cords. Listening to XLO now and I'm already awed. Can't imagine how the other would perform.
