SVS SB12-NSD subwoofer & Yamaha AV receiver (TSR-7790 / RX-V779)

Underutilised equipment for sale as below :-

1) Yamaha AV receiver (TSR-7790 / RX-V779)

Some key info :

7.2 channel network AV receiver
HDMI 2.0a for 4K Ultra HD video upscaling
HDCP 2.2 compliant hardware for 4K video viewing
High dynamic range (HDR) compatibility
MusicCast wireless multiroom audio support
HDMI Zone B for audio / video streaming to another room
7.2 channel pre-out (for connection to power amplifier)

Find more info and specs at https://usa.yamaha.com/products/audio_visual/av_receivers_amps/tsr-7790/index.html

Around a year old, although severely underutilised and is in better condition than its age might suggest. Functionally and cosmetically free from any imperfections/issues.
Above average performance for home theater (as expected from an AV receiver in the upper middle range within the Yamaha line of receivers), and has the advantage of Yamaha's known reliability relative to other brands. Meets most criteria/specs needed in a modern AV receiver, except for Dolby Atmos (it's only a 2 year old model, and unless Dolby Atmos is required, this AV receiver may be all you need).
Comes with original box and all accessories, runs on 120v therefore a voltage converter is included. The voltage converter is a very high quality US made one (Diamond Series), with the bonus of built-in voltage regulator/stabiliser (even standalone voltage stabiliser can cost up to the thousands)

Price : A reasonable market price should be around RM2k, I am selling for RM1,500 (AV receiver + voltage stabiliser)

2) SVS SB12-NSD subwoofer

Key info :

Highly rated 12” driver subwoofer, one of the most compact 12’ driver sub
Amplifier power - 400 watts RMS (800W Peak Dynamic)
Frequency response - 22-196Hz
Separate high-passed and unfiltered line level outputs
Continuously variable low pass filter
DSP control for optimized performance and refined behavior

Like the AV receiver above, around a year old but severely underutilised. Functionally and cosmetically free from any imperfections/issues.
A high performance subwoofer that is great for both music and movies. Being a sealed sub it produces bass that is tight, fast and punchy. One of the highest performance/price ratio subs.
Comes with all accessories, and will include a subwoofer interconnect cable for connecting to AV receiver. Runs on 120v therefore a voltage converter is included. The voltage converter is a very high quality US made one (Diamond Series) with the bonus of built-in voltage regulator/stabiliser (even standalone voltage stabiliser can cost up to the thousands)

Price : RM2,400 (subwoofer + voltage stabiliser)

If buying all three of AV receiver, subwoofer, and voltage stabiliser together, which is what I prefer and also willing to give a better price, it will be RM3,700.

Info of the voltage converter & stabiliser :
Heavy duty max 2500 watt step up and step down voltage converter with 3 outputs
Meets U.S Military standards in material and workmanship, with durable design and a heavy-duty cord
