Underutilised equipment for sale as below :-
1) Yamaha AV Receiver (TSR-7790 / RX-V779) (SOLD)
Some key info :
7.2 channel network AV receiver
HDMI 2.0a for 4K Ultra HD video upscaling
HDCP 2.2 compliant hardware for 4K video viewing
High dynamic range (HDR) compatibility
MusicCast wireless multiroom audio support
HDMI Zone B for audio / video streaming to another room
7.2 channel pre-out (for connection to power amplifier)

Very underutilised and less than 2 years old, so condition is extremely good. Operationally without any issues.
Provides very capable performance for home theater (this AV receiver is in the upper middle range within the Yamaha line of receivers), and has the advantage of Yamaha's known reliability relative to other brands. Has most functions needed for home theater but because it is a slightly older model, it lacks some newer formats like Dolby Atmos and Dolby Vision (naturally AV receivers with those formats are newer and are quite a bit more expensive, it is a choice between paying more for those formats if you really use it or saving some money if you don't use it).
Comes with original box and all accessories, this is a US model and runs on 120v. A high quality US made voltage converter with built-in voltage regulator/stabiliser (Diamond Series) is included.

2) SVS SB12-NSD subwoofer (SOLD)
Key info :
Highly rated 12” driver subwoofer, one of the most compact 12’ driver sub
Amplifier power - 400 watts RMS (800W Peak Dynamic)
Frequency response - 22-196Hz
Separate high-passed and unfiltered line level outputs
Continuously variable low pass filter
DSP control for optimized performance and refined behavior

Around a year old but severely underutilised. Functionally and cosmetically free from any imperfections/issues.
A high performance subwoofer that is great for both music and movies. Being a sealed sub it produces bass that is tight, fast and punchy. One of the highest performance/price ratio subs.
Comes with all accessories, and will include a subwoofer interconnect cable for connecting to AV receiver.
