Exactly same cct design found in their CD555.Has few inputs allows you to make good use of it
example:- Just get any Tesco`s Dvd player,with Naim nDac,you can expect to it to be  90% as good as Naim CD555 quality.Beat all CDs1/2/3 don't think they can flip the boat with ndac combo, it comes with complete full naim packaging. Grab it and be amazed.nDac can only be beaten by NDS(4x  price)

The nDac rise above the masses in this respect. If good music, not good hi-fi, is important to you, then the nDac should be listened to..

I sold my CDX2 and bought an NDAC. I now use a really old Arcam cd player with digital out as an source for when I want to play cd's. Sounds great. I have a Netbook...goes into an Hiface Evo (with MTech power supply) then into my Ndac via DC1 digital cable. Selling the CDX2 was the best thing I did. I thought I might miss it but not one bit. Computer audio is a bit of a ride and it helps if you are interested in techy stuff but in terms of results its all good. Even an old cd player with digital out sounds great into an Ndac..

2010 unit.2nd owner.
Dont buy ndac before 2010.They are different sound as i heard from Naim sifu.
