Subwoofer shielding?

I am using a Q Acoustics subwoofer for my AV system. Unfortunately it has to reside in the same room as my audio system, and placed only about 1 feet from the hifi rack which houses my CD player, pre amp and power amp. Is that a problem from a magnetic shielding perspective, or should I only be concerned about it effecting CRT TVs?
