Anybody here tried building their own hifi rack? Care to share?

I had similarly built a small one using compressed marble for a Quad set. Washers had since been changed to galvanised steel and the four footers to TTAOC SP-500.

They are gavalnised metal electrical conduits spray painted. Inside are threaded rods. Nuts are flanged tube concealed inside the conduit. Only good for small equipments though.
