Monitor Audio Bronze BX2 (Walnut)

Introduced in 2012. Front-ported award winning speakers that are easy to place and still look as good as new. Easily holds its weight against current similarly priced speakers (for the price I'm selling at).

Available for purchase as a set (since it saves me the effort of finding different owners) for only RM2,600. Set will include a pair of 2 Meter Kimber Kable 4PR speaker cables. If items sold separately, speaker cables will not be included. This means buying a set introduces a discount + quality original speaker cables.

The Rega Brio-R brings out the best of the Monitor Audio Bronze BX2s, though I feel that the Brio-R can do more if matched with higher-priced speakers that emphasise transparency. In anycase, the sound from this set can effortlessly fill up a spacious room (I use it in a 450 sf studio) and can also be easily placed in smaller/tight spaces. A great system to start out in hi-fi with or as a second system for the bedroom or office. Sounds best when the volume is around 9 pm for nearfield listening and 10 - 11 pm for room filling impactful listening. Naturally, you will need to provide your own source.
