Sony DVP-S7000 is Sony Flagship Series DVD player.

But for Audiophile members, this player are well known to use as CD player or as CD transport. Very well built !!

A full-feed forward digital filter (with three stage, eight-times oversampling,
45-bit internal processing and 20-bit outputs)
more commonly found on Sony's ES CD players is strapped on, as is a Current Pulse DAC (the company's flagship CDP-XA7ES uses 'em).

Hell, there's even one of the company's R-Core transformers in there somewhere.

Note: for DVD section ,this unit is rather dated in terms of mechanics and firmware. It could not read many newer DVDs of the time.

This Sony Player Ideally use as CD Transport , Connect it to External DAC, This is HI-END Source ......
