No Vinyl records are totally free from warp. It is just a matter of severity. Hence plethora of disc clamps or weights. Only problem is that clamping record discs or weighing them at the centre don't really work. Unless it also include a periphery ring clamping weight like the one produced by VPI.

This Audio Technica AT666, takes it to really solve this issue by vacuum hold the vinyl record. That means the whole record is held firmly by the vacuum it created. No trapped 
air resonances or bumps for the stylus tracking the grooves. Voila

Item is made of aluminium. Hence very rigid, lighter than other materials and free of ringing. 

Exactly what is needed. A preserve of some of the top end record player. Also how a mastering disc is held at the cutting process.

You have not heard how your record should soond like until you tried.

Vacuum works and holds entire record firmly. However it does not maintain till end of record play. I do not have the time and patience to diagnose.
