Rare Trichord Revelation CD Player (Used)

This Trichord CD player rarely appear in used market. The price is RM4k++ for the new unit back to its days. Tricord create it to compete with those high-end models of its time like Marantz, Sony, Denon & etc.

The player is based on the famous Pioneer Stable Platter transport mechanism. Trichord upgrade the player with their famous Genesis Clock 2 system. The Output stage have been heavily upgraded with beefy individual power supply board and analog output board.

The result is the sounds with very quiet noise floor and therefore extremely dynamics presentation. Pinpoints imaging with wide soundstage. To my ears, it is way better than Marantz CD-17 which is the reference of mid-price player for its time.

This Trichord player can read CD & CDR with no problem at all. The pick up still in excellent condition.
