New tweeter exhibits increased dispersion, better linearlity off-axis which increases soundstaging.

Dual 5.25-inch woofer has excellent high power handling (up to 200 watts) and less compression at loud playback level than a single large woofer would.
Big advantage of smaller dual woofer remain smoother and more linear into the upper midrange.
