Heavens Gate Audio from Germany is currently looking for a Distributor.

After five years of intense research & development Heavens Gate Audio introduced a new series of high quality audio cables in August 2010.

While most audio cables manufacturers rely on high-purity copper or high-purity silver conductors, Heavens Gate Audio does not believe in one truth and uses a mix of various conductor materials to avoid the typical ‘sound’ of just one material.

Silver-Gold-Alloys, Silver-Copper-Alloys and 4N-Silver -- all insulated with Air-Foam-PFA -- are used in mixed configurations for the new Series. The electromagnetic resonances of each material show their strenghts without being overemphasized.

The conductors are aligned in a special matrix to optimize impedance characteristics, capacitive and inductive behaviour as well as electrmomagnetic fields. All conductor materials are cryogenic treated at a temperature of -196C° and for the higher lines ‘demagnetized’ by being stored in a high-efficient magenitc field for several days.

Up to six pure-silver shields are used in an unconventional way to reject any source of high-frequency noice by adopting a passive filter network. Additional silk-fiber damping and a proprietary granulate material that fills the spaces of the plugs used on the cables are additional feature.

All connectors are choosen for best performance in combination with the conductor material used - Cardas, Oyaide and Neutrik.

The A/C power cords are terminated with Oyaide P-079 & C-079. Other Oyaide plugs are available to fine-tune the sonic character of the audio component it is connected to.

The current product range include six different series and a pending one specialized on digital audio (USB, HDMI 1.4 and LAN).

Prices currently range from US$ 350 for a 1-meter digital link to US$ 4.980 for a 4-foot analog interconnect pair.
