You can host your image on either servimg.com (which is the default image host), or any other 3rd-party image host (Picasa, photobucket.com etc.). Once you do that, copy the direct image link to be used later.

Click on the 'Image' button above & paste the link.

Use the Direct link, not the Preview one from servimg.com. Then paste it in the field that appears when you click on the 'Image' button.
