Hi there,

Let me say first that like all tweaks, your mileage may vary. Many people don't believe in tweaks so I'm just writing down what is based on my own personal (non-scientific) observations.

I have no experience with Isotek plugs but on my system, the Noise Harvesters (NH) expanded my hifi's soundstage. Noise floor seemed lower as well. Also, some people think it improves bass, which I agree... but somehow, it doesn't seem consistent. There are lots of variables in hifi... but the soundstage improvement was definite.

Also, these things have a cumulative effect. Putting more than one helps but in my system, after the third one, marginal returns apply. They also seemed to make more of a difference here in downtown KL than in Singapore but my setup then (in Sg) had a dedicated power line from the ECB which probably made my power cleaner to begin with. Actually, aside from supposedly cleaning the power (which I'm actually skeptical, from an Electrical Engineering standpoint, that they do), they make darn good indicators of line noise Smile The faster they blink, the more you need to fix your power supply! You'll even notice when someone near uses a washing machine or anything electrically noisy.

Bear in mind that the NHs stopped making one bit of difference after I got my PS audio powerplant premier. BTW, the NHs have already been sold.
