For the aluminium chassis - contact Kakibuku - I have used them for my DIY WE91a 300b mono-amp and the quality is good;

10k OPT - ebay has James, Hashimoto, Sophia Electric, etc. I have used Hashimoto, Hammond, Sophia Electric. I have a 10K Hashimoto for a 845 tube-amp that I am building in the future. Also, check-out the OPT from Prometheus Audio using nano-crystaline c-core.

Power Transformer - try Prometheus Audio. Very happy with their power transformer and inductors. Good secondary voltage accuracy and runs cooler (using XL EI core).
