I find it hard to comprehend the phrase 'lightly used'. Cosmetic condition aside, there really isn't any difference between a heavily used or 'lightly used' power cord. What constitutes the definition of lightly used? Less current, hours played?

Perhaps the phrase 'lightly used' is irrelevant in the grand scheme of things.

Looking at this in perspective, I would say that this term is relevant in the sense that it's the reason for selling as it is lightly or not often use.

But then, the seller should clarify.

Then it should be described as seldom used, which is literally different from lightly used.

Right. Seldom is the correct adjective in this context.

IMHO, lightly should relates to the no. of hours used.

Seldom should refer to no. of times used. But it's irrelavant here as hifi item like power cord cannot be quantify by the no. of times used.
