Ask for Fun aka Lowballers!

Well, I found some of the member here are really kill their time for fun.

Asking you a tons of question including asking u sending pictures.. and asking your best price..

Finally tell you an unacceptable reason that not want it.. oh your price too high, i cannot afford it.. come on, you can't complain what is my asking price, right? I am willing to sell at this price and I did not point a gun at your head to force you to buy. If you expect a deduction of the price, please don't expect 50% of it. Considering 10% price deduction is already good enough. I am a genuine seller here, if you don't really serious with my item, please ignore me.

Some of them is really love to make fun of it...example - advertise Rm2.8k and asking for Rm1.8k and the best deal with SMS!!! just Rm0.20 5xSms only cost Rm1.00 so they will make fun of it...this kind of character is a lot here....

Thats not "fun" nor amusing! Thats what is called "LOWBALLER!", moreover there's those characters who are habitual! Despise dealing with these kind of people! That habit is not all relative to being stingy. They're not wanting to deal with business fair play and the counteroffer is an insult. But OTH, sellers must offer a fair and competitive price too for obvious reasons. Business is business and its NOT fair to counteroffer a rediculously low price. Nuff said.

Offer firm price?... most are not receptive to this and will still bargain for any reason best known to the potential buyer.
Of course if you think your item is a best and most desirable item, by all means firm price, but nevertheless people still insist on bargaining. Its Asian culture and habit thats still strong. Hifi4 sale doesn't work Ebay style and the audience is mostly local anyhow.

Be reasonable offer...both party happy...this topic actually for those who dont have brain during nego more towards playing a fool or as cmboy said "lowballers"

Who sayz they don't have brains?.. THEY HAVE!.. they just want to get away with murder and make you the fool. They're mostly selfish aHoles who don't give you any damn and only think about their own gain anyhow!

Me facing the same problem too.

1st ask for nego

2nd ask for best price

3rd ask for detail

4th ask further detail but don't reply and don't repond

5th he counter offer me RM XXXX

6th I give him the price he wanted then he said let me know as soon as possible but never return.

7th asking me further detail, i still reply but he never reply me back

8th ask for further discount and said will pick up tonight (during Father's day night)... i give up ...... and never reply again.

lowballers are everywhere. try not to reply more than 3 messages. it works with me.. even better save the number that you think the same person that last time asked you & now asking on different item you're trying to sell.

Case study from my xprience...now i ask the person straight away how much ur budget to close the deal ? if they not even dare to give any budget can consider them is 1 of the Lowballers or just want play around too....normally serious buyer will straight away give the budget amount and they will never go down so far from advertise price...

The trick is to identify them fast. These jackasses are usually low esteem, insensitive and selfish. I have come across a few and told them off rudely. To all the LOWBALLERS reading this, buy what you can afford and dream what you cant!!
