Up for sale is a pair of speaker cabinets made for Diatone or Orgue
P-610 full-range drivers, according to the factory specs. The cabinets
were made by plywood finished in zebra wood veneer, with the dimension
of 63.5cm (H) x 32.5cm (W) x 40cm (D).

Fostex's 6 inch series
can also be fitted in. Feel free to contact me at 012-4937380 if you are
interested or need any further infos. If needed, I will be able to
order the Orgue P-610S drivers on your demand.

Selling for RM650.00. Free delivery to Kedah and Penang.

Here's the history of Diatone P-610 :

The first full-range
Diatone speaker was born in 1947 with the name P-62F. During 1950 the
P-65F was introduced, then the P-60 in 1954. The P-610 was introduced,
as a natural evolution, in 1958, with two versions named P-610A and P-610B,
respectively with 16 and 8 ohms coils. During 1979 a new version was born,
with the name P-610D, the Alnico magnet version, and P-610F, the ferrite
magnet version. Again (both) with suffix A or B (that is 16 or 8 ohms
coils).

The main characteristics
of P-610DA and DB are: nominal diameter 16 cm, Alnico magnet, 7W nominal
power and 20W max power, paper cone, 7 gr. moving mass, 12000 Gauss in
the gap, moving coil of 19,2 mm diameter. Sensibility is 90dB/1W/1m while
frequency response is up to 18 KHz. It has a foam surround.

In 1995 Diatone
wanted to celebrate the 50th anniversary of this speaker with a special
new version, named P-610M.

Again, the suffix
A or B was used for distinguish between the 16 and the 8 ohms versions.
The only difference between the M and the D version is the surround, now
in leather.
