The VC-H93 is a first generation NICAM-capable multi-system Hi-Fi VCR.  

NICAM is the stereo/bilingual TV broadcast standard used in Hong Kong  

Not working condition (7/10) - belt needs replacing but head is perfect, so for parts only as the replacement head alone is costly
