Metallica - Garage Inc. : 6LP 180gm vinyl 45 RPM Series Box Set

This the whopper. The 6LP, 180gm Heavy Weight Vinyl, 45 RPM Series, Vinyl Box Set of Metallica’s Garage Inc. compilation of covers and B-Sides originally released on November 24, 1998. It includes covers of songs by artists the band was inspired by. These were as diverse as Black Sabbath, Thin Lizzy, Motorhead, Misfits, Budgie, Killing Joke, Anti-Nowhere League and Diamond Head. It also includes the entire The $5.98 E.P.: Garage Days Re-Revisited, which has gone out of print since its original release in 1987.

The 6LP box set houses 6 x 180 gram, 45 RPM 12” vinyl discs. Cut by Bernie Grundman and mastered from the original analog master tapes. The heavy 12" records come in outer 350gsm sleeves with ‘machine’ varnish, case-wrapped lift-off lid box with ‘machine’ varnish, 2x lyric sheet insert and belly band.
