Salutations Dudes.

Anyone other that JediSavant Dude went for this? If you didn't, you really missed out, man. Most of the acts were very good and the latter performances were absolutely spactacular.

Ernie Watts, Hiromi and her trio just burned the hall down with their blistering performances. Our own Trevor Jalla, who played the blues instead of jazz was very well recieved. The guy is really very good.

Write and share your experience? Which did you think was the best act? Ahmad Jamal was the last act, but i did not stay as it was getting late. Apparently he went on until almost 1.30am to a near empty hall by that time...anyone stayed till the end?

People came back into the hall when they realised Ahmad Jamal was still playing. The encore went on for 2 songs. Typical Malaysian decorum or lack thereof meant that the masses filing out before the end of the performance simply didn't appreciate the magnitude of what occurred in the Plenary Hall that night.
