Selling 2 quads of very popular NOS American 12AU7A/ECC82/5814A

1) RCA 2 mica grey plate clear tops/side D getters. Available 2 matched pairs from 1960's in original boxes, SOLD. ( Best sounding us made 12AU7)

2) Raytheon JAN CRP black plate 3 mica top square getters. Available 2 matched pairs from 1955 in white boxes, 175/pair

RCA clear tops are known for its very clear and open sounding character while the Raytheons are ruggedized 12AU7 equivalent ( heater current max capability raised to 175ma compared to 150ma for 12AU7) known for its darker juicier sound character which is quite the opposite, dependent on individual systems.
