US to UK Plug Adapter With Reverse Polarity Feature

Dear Sifus, can anyone share with us on where can we find a US to UK plug adapter with reverse polarity as i've googled for this product but to no avail...hope someone in this forum can assist me...

alternatively, is there a mains block / power distributor with reversed polarity for their US sockets so that i do not need to find the abovementioned plug adapter for use in M'sia...

The easiest way is to reverse the polarity in the plugs.

thx bro 4 ur reply...i've managed 2 find tis highly elusive plug adapter via a s'pore forummer in extremeplace where he had used yung li of taiwan (sold in d usa by sfcable) n vh audio where both adapters hv their polarity reversed..

STC's suggestion is very economical and it eliminates the additional connections.

ha..ha...wish i cld tat but my plugs r custom moulded unless i cut them out n replaced wif bs plugs which i think may affect d cable performance...

I did just that! I am avoiding adapters since one of the earthing wasn't working properly and I received a mild shock from the amplifier body (120V). 

Also every extra connection adds more resistance which defeats the purpose of high end cables.

hee..hee...d vh audio adapters are cryogenic treated..

In my opinion, a US-UK adapter would have the conductors inside the plug crossed in order to reverse the polarity.
After constant use of the adapter, especially with plugging and unplugging, the connectors can become loose and when that happens a short circuit could happen.
Perhaps that was what happened in STC's case.

For my power distributor I made the reversal connection inside the distributor  for the US connections.

I was using a cheap US to UK adapter. Somehow, the earth pin did not make a proper contact to the US plug earth. 

After that, I removed the Hubbell plugs and replaced it with our local MK plugs. 

But I am not much of a cable believer so I am thankful to god for not hearing any difference.
