The frame is solid metal and heavy and sits on 4 spikes.

Each level/layer is of Tempered glass that sits on 4 spikes.
Spikes are screw type and are adjustable and are tightened by two nuts.

I protect the Glass from scratch with 1 sen coin fixed with blue tack, on top every spike.
