Heco Elementa 300

The Elementa 300 is a medium sized 2 way rear ported bookshelf speaker with a 28 mm soft dome tweeter and a 170 mm paper cone driver. Efficiency is at 90dB, so you need not worry about powering it with amplifiers as low as 10 wpc.

The Elementa 300 has a matte finish so it is easy to cleaned with a slightly damp rag. Senang jer la.

Build quality is very good. I love how the tweeter and driver have an aluminium ring or bezel around it. It gives the speaker a touch of class. Reminds me of the Audi TT dashboard.

What you will not get:

· extended highs
· extra airiness
· extra detail
· extra wide & deep soundstage

What you will get:

· precise & detailed sound
· clear meaty mids
· lovely bass
· a wall of sound
· non-fatiguing sound

Now, the lack of extra airiness is not a problem. What is important is that the speaker is able to project all the details in the music first. Brush on cymbals, reverb decaying away in vocals, the soft strike of a triangle at the back of the orchestra … these are important details. The Elementa 300 ticks off all these boxes.

This pair is a store display set that was used for review recently. Comes with box and accessories. The retail price is RM3,850.

Selling: RM2,700 SOLD (excluding postage). PM if you are keen. TQ!
