Blu ray oppo player

Bought this player about a year ago. ( used ) Everything works fine except that it cannot connect with Netflix. Was told  by the seller that netflix no longer support Oppo. is this true?  apprecite if there is any info on this

My Oppo 103D does not have any issue with Netflix. 
1. What model is yours? 
2. Streaming via LAN or WiFi? 
3. Did you check that LAN /WLAN is working at Oppo settings? 
4. At Settings > Device Setup > Netflix you can Deactivate Netflix and login again.

1)i am using same model oppo 103d,,at least now i knw the seller is not telling the truth,, 2 ) i am using wifi n connects to the player using cable. 
3) will have to recheck agin on the settings
4) hv tried this  to deactivate this a few times before this but still having the same problem. The big red netflix screen will appear on the tv screen and nothing else..no slot for me to enter my e mail and my password...

Wifi might be too slow to allow Netflix to work effectively.

But on other devices no issue

what firmware are u using for the player sir.
