Theta Casablanca II AV Preamplifier

Hi, Good Day. Any brothers have the above? I need help as I bought the used set and left it in hibernation for many years. I decided to use the AV amp XLR inputs outputs as a stereo Preamp. The Problem is I don't have the code to
activate the preamp. Forgot who I purchased from. Can Someone email me on how to start the preamp. Thanks.
