....鼓手及低音提琴手有如吃了春药般生龙活虎！低音提琴的音粒弹跳自如、套鼓手挥棒快如闪电、Tom-Tom鼓的狙击蛮横霸道、神出鬼没的无影脚将低音鼓踢得鼓浪滚滚，爆发力惊人！当我将Naim 32 音量提升至12点钟的位置时，中低频及动态更为凌厉！可惜我的房子太小，聆听位置也较近，无福消受,无论如何，而一般喇叭在同样的音量下，失真已高得令人耳根发烫！这说明了Sara具有优越的承载度，经得起大音量的摧残。做个饱死鬼总好过做饿鬼。

Isobarik loading is a unique bass loading invented and Patented by Linn in the early 1970s. It uses 2 bass drivers, one behind the other, working together to allow much deeped and more controlled bass than can normally be gotten in a small cabinet. The SARAs use two highly modified KEF 8” drivers for bass and midrange and a 1” soft dome tweeter for highs. These are highly sought after and are one of the best stand mount speakers produced.

U can upgraded the original soft dome[Scanspeak] tweeters to the latest Linn Espek tweeters that are more extended and detailed yet also smoother than the originals – a highly recommended upgrade.

SARAs put out a surprising Big amount of bass for the compact cabinet size – especially when they are positioned close to the wall as recommended by Linn. SARAs/SBL are Abang , Adik they are a very musical and detailed speaker that can justify the best of sources[CDS2/TeddyXPS]. These are one of those classic components that have a certain musical magic that you don’t find in most of the hi-fi out there.

It can be hard driven by a single Nap250/135s,sometime you wont believe that you are listening to a bookshelf..Perharps i would describe is as the monster of all bookshelf ever...!

Speakers from the 80`s!

Many has spent a lot of money on magnificent branded loughspeakers- Rogers, Harberth,Spendors, Naim, Proac and Dynaudio in a search for better musicality. May be I was wrong. I don't think loudspeakers has evolved that much since the 80's but marketing sure did. Audio follows fashion and people get caught in that spiral !!

Some 30 years on this Hobby. I am still pursuit and
fascinated by the influence that good speakers have on the listening experience and I have experimented with many brand (including Proac,Naim,Harberth,Epos,Neat,mission etc) over the years.Only this pair gives overall satisfaction for every single ringit n sen.
