Hi Mr Goh,

I just receive the speaker you sent yesterday but the condition of the speaker is not according what you mentioned earlier which is " ok no problem". The speaker I receive is a damaged speaker. In this case I demand your responsibility on the goods sold but in the written reply from your whatapps messenger you refuse to take any responsible.

I treat this as a dishonest and irresponsible seller. There are 2 possibility on this scenario, 1st the speaker was damaged before send or damaged by transporter. Either situation you have to bear the responsible.

I have never sold before any damaged items,
speakers in good condition when sent.

i bought used, without packaging

Would not be able to sell ao many items here
if i am a dishonest seller.

- Prior to sealing the deal, was there any agreement if there was damage incurred in transit
- If this was indeed damaged during transportation, was it reported to the courier company?
- Were photos of the product sent to buyer before the speakers were couriered?

-Prior to sealing the deal, there wasn't any arrangement or discussion about the the damage incurred in transit.
-My gf was the person who unbox the parcel, she reported to me immediately when she found the broken speaker. She deal with fragile item everyday, when she saw the packaging she was shocked why there wasnt any protection in the box. No padding at all, no sponge, bubble wrapper or styrofoam. She didnt report to the courier company as she unbox after courier guy left.
-No photo was send to me, I trust the seller from the image he published on the web.

Seller claim that he sold many item on hifi4sale.net, but from the packaging that i receive I wasn't convince on that statement. both speaker is bare without protection in the thin 2mm thin paper box.
