Lenco75 bearing damping ring Empty Lenco75 bearing damping ring

I will be making some damping rings for the Lenco75 bearing.
The purpose of this ring is to stiffen the mounting area around the bearing, thus minimizing flexing of the thin top plate.

The ring will be made from 4mm stainless steel. The rings will be ready in 2 weeks' time.

Please Note that my version of the damping ring does not have the recessed bolt mounting. The full thickness of 4mm stainless steel is used to bolt it down for greater stiffness.
