Description

The AU-717 amplifier incorporates an advanced design feature which has extremely low inherent transient intermodulation distortion enabling negative feedback (necessary in traditional amplifier design but undesirable) to be reduced to the absolute minimum.Power amplifier design too, shows a departure from tradition resulting in the elimination of DC drift.
Differential push/pull amplifier stage eliminates open-loop distortion. The driver stage is 3-stage darlington connected

This Sansui Masterpiece has a rated power output of 85 watts RMS per channel into 8 ohms. The true mono-block design with 2 separate transformers delivers very low distortion and massive headroom.

This amp features 2 phono inputs, aux, tuner and 2 tape monitor loops. You can separate the pre amp section from the power amp aswell. The tone equalization is very practical. You can select the frequency to eliminate room resonances.
