M-PWR is an amplifier designed by Audiolab to deliver finesse and power in a compact size. It is housed in a beautiful extruded anodized aluminum case that matches the same width and depth of Audiolab’s award winning M-DAC, and Q-DAC. M-PWR takes both Unbalanced and Balanced inputs and drives your speakers with 40+40 Watts of high performance, ultra low distortion power output all from a neat package that takes up minimal room on your desktop or shelf.

The M-PWR is a compact stereo power amp designed to be the perfect partner for LAB Series CD and DACs. The other players enable the user to with between digital music sources and adjust volume levels; all you need to add in order to create a diminutive yet enormously capable digital music system is a suitable pair of speakers.
The M-PWR incorporates both single-ended RCA and balanced XLR inputs and supplies 40W per channel into 8 Ohms. Despite its conveniently compact footprint - 25cm wide and 23.6cm deep, in keeping with the other lab Series components - We have engineered an uncompromised circuit design that delivers ultra-low distortion and a crisp dynamic sound.
Of course M-PWR is not only suitable for use with LAB Series players. It can be connected to anything with a volume control - a pre amplifier, a CD player with a variable output or even the headphone output of a computer.
