Dear All Viewer,
I not familiar with the region country.

What i can ensure is this are Local model from Woo Kee Hong last time.
This player can read local purchase bluray disc and even US version as well.
Actually this is extra unit for me because has upgraded to oppo 105D. This unit purchase on last year Arpril 2015 at Living Audio.
