By 5m pair, do you mean each side is 5m long or is it 2.5m each cable run?

Yes,
I bought the speakers cables and they were just what my entry level system needed.Just a little brighter than what I was looking for, but these need to be run in and will sound real fine by then.Good for the light pop & rock I listen to and I was surprised at the detail these cables put out.
Apparently Canare makes some decent cables and at real world prices, considering what the popular makes cost.
In any case I don't really need the top flight cables out there, and these work for me.
