FM antenna for apartment? Empty FM antenna for apartment?

What's a good quality and discreet FM antenna to use in an apartment? Where can I get one?

I believe most apartment MATV provide FM outlet together with the TV outlet. If no try Marantz receiver, it only have one wire pull up straight for antenna.
